These workshops are the initiative of the Wholeness and Wellness Team at St Marks Woburn Road as a series called "HANDLING LIFE"

The 5 Love Languages

The 5 Love Languages is based around the work of Gary Chapman and his writing up of the series "The 5 Love Languages". The basic course can be attended by couples or individuals where you will learn what these 5 love languages are, and also how to sort out problems using REFRAME a thinking and behaving approach to resolving relationship upsets. This workshop opportunity is posted for registrations of interest.
